Central State Bank - Now
Since 1931, Central State Bank has gone on to purchase St. Olaf State Bank in 1958, now closed. Volga State Bank was purchased on April 12, 1966, now closed. Our Drive-Up facility was opened in 1989 and the First State Bank, with offices in McGregor and Marquette, was acquired in 1990. In October of 2010, Central State Bank merged with its sister bank, Corridor State Bank, with offices in Coralville and Iowa City. The most recent acquisition was the purchase of Farmers Savings Bank in Walford, Iowa on December 31, 2012.
